This privacy policy covers information collected by this web site, WebOkay.net.

Personal Information

• Personal Information is collected during the new account registration processes for the services we offer. This information is necessary to properly service the client's needs. WebOkay Internet Services does not use this information to send solicitations for additional services however this information is used to send invoices, statements, informational messages of a general nature such as notifications of network and or system changes. It is also used to send renewal notices for continuing services such as web hosting. This information is not rented, sold or distributed to third parties except in the case of delinquent accounts for which we reserve the right to submit to a credit/collection agency for collection.

Special Notice for Domain Name Registrants

• When registering a domain name in behalf of a client we are required to provide valid contact information for that client which will be listed in a publicly accessible database. WebOkay Internet Services has no choice other than to accurately provide the required information and we have absolutely no control whatsoever over who accesses the information or over how it used.

Special Notice regarding our live operator, web based, support system

• Our live operator, web based, support system records the IP Address of the visitor, the date, the time, and the pages visited. These communications may be monitored by WebOkay Internet Services, LLC management personnel for training and quality control purposes. This system runs here on our servers, which are physically located in our private data center, and does not pass through any third party owned or operated servers. The identifying information collected during usage of this system is not used for purposes other than making it as easy as possible for clients and prospects to contact us, directly our web site in real-time, nor is it shared with any other entity. Transcripts of these sessions are maintained for 30 days in order that we might be able verify and thereby honor any verbal agreements made by our support staff.

Credit Card Transactions

• Depending upon the user's preference, credit card transactions are either processed through our Chase® Manhattan merchant account (transaction service is provided by Verisign® through a special  arrangement with Intuit, the provider of our bookkeeping / transaction processing software) or through our PayPal® account. These services have their own Privacy Polices posted on their respective web sites which the client can read at their discretion.

Information About Children

• WebOkay Internet Services does not attempt or desire to collect information from children. Requests for service that appear to have been submitted by a child are deleted. WebOkay Internet Services does not knowingly maintain any databases about children. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the Internet it is not always possible for us to determine if a user or a client is a child.

Web Site Log Files

• Like most web sites log files are generated that show the IP Address of the visitor, the date, the time, and the pages visited. Aggregate reports for web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable information. The log files are eventually deleted.

Cookies

• This web site does not use Internet "Cookies.

Third Party Tracking

• Third party advertisements are displayed on our home page. Often, advertisers will employ a service provider for serving the advertisements and for tracking the performance of an ad program. These companies may employ cookie and 1x1 pixel technology to measure and improve the effectiveness of ads for their client. These companies may collect and use anonymous information about your visits to our member websites and other websites. The information collected can include:

Mailing Lists

• The technical contact of a client owned web site is automatically subscribed to our private mailing list. This mailing list is our primary means of keeping our clients informed. Clients may remove their email address from the list at any time by following the instructions on the messages they receive.

User Registration

• This web site does not require user registration. Clients requesting support via the form on this web site do have to identify themselves in order for our support team to assist them.
